Socio-Economic Review of the Black Muslim Population

Join the Diversity Institute and the Black Muslim Initiative for the launch of the Socio-Economic Review of the Black Muslim Population report highlighting socio-economic understandings of the Black Muslim population in terms of demographic information, housing and home life, immigration, education, employment and income, and activities. The report applies a comparative analysis between the Black Muslim population and other populations in Canada, and applies an intersectional analysis to understand the experiences of Black Muslim women and individuals of different ages.

The report launch will highlight key findings from the report as well as a panel to understand how the findings can be actioned by stakeholders across the ecosystem.
